Sorry, no discounts on rentals.Full payment for a rental reservation is due at the time of the reservation. Payment can be made by mail, in person, cash or check only.

If you find you must cancel your reservation we require one months’ notice (30 days), in order to receive a refund. There is a $50 processing fee for all cancellations. There are no refunds or credits for early departures. Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore we do not issue refunds or credits for weather or discomforts of nature.Unit provides accommodations for up to 6 people maximum no more than 4 adults.

  • 1 dog only, permitted in designated rental unit, (excludes service dogs)

  • Must be friendly, well trained and behaved
  • Must be at least 1 year old
  • Dogs are not permitted on the furniture
  • Visitors are not permitted to bring pets
  • There is a $25 flat fee for a dog

Each rental reservation requires a $200 security deposit, on check-in, that will be refunded within 5 business days assuming the unit is left in the same condition it was found, which includes cleaning any dishes, sweeping floors, clean refrigerator, etc.

  • No overnight visitors, visitors must leave by 10:00pm
  • Rental Check-in 3 pm. Rental Check-out noon
  • No outside tents
  • Linens are not provided
  • Smoking is not permitted in rental units.
